To all those affiliates that couldn't make it to Wilmington, we're really missing you though I hope you won't miss the  opportunity to be a part of the Midwestern and Western Regional events. In regards to today's agenda, we started the day with James Sillis, Cabinet Secretary/State CIO for DE welcomed us and provided a great overview of his goals which seem to be in line with several of the other State CIOs. He also shared a few areas that he is looking for assistance on which a few of the affiliates in the room were able to meet with him on. We're also looking forward to a great CIO panel later this afternoon. [more]
