Whether you would like to strengthen an existing relationship with a state government customer or explore the possibilities of a new partnership, the NASTD Technology Showcase offers the ideal setting to accomplish your goals.  As a professional organization, NASTD - Technology Professionals Serving State Government provides a forum for sharing ideas and information on providing and managing the network for state government. The NASTD Technology Showcase offers the perfect vehicle for the one-on-one networking so important to attaining that bottom-line success.


Exhibit Space Fees

$1,600 per 10' x 10' booth for NASTD 2010 Corporate Affiliates

$3,200 per 10' x 10' booth for non-affiliate companies or other government agencies

 

NASTD provides each exhibitor with the following:

8' back drape, 3' high side dividers, 7” x 44” one-line identification sign, 8’ draped table, (2) chairs  and general event security.  Please note that all other services (i.e. - optional booth carpet, electricity, phone lines) are available through the official exposition service contractor dwa Trade Show & Exposition Services (www.dwatradeshow.com/) at an additional charge.  

 

THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLY TO ALL EXHIBITORS:

Assignment of Exhibit Space
Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-paid basis.  ONLY COMPLETED CONTRACTS ACCOMPANIED BY FULL PAYMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED.  The floor plan and corresponding list of exhibitors will be continuously updated on the NASTD website
www.nastd.org.

 

Payment
NASTD accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and company checks.  Contracts not accompanied by full payment will not be considered valid and will not be eligible for space assignment.

 

Service Kit
A online version of the Exhibitor Services Kit from dwa Trade Show & Exposition Services will be available to exhibitors once payment is received. The kit contains information on service providers who are able to provide you with booth necessities including optional carpeting, electricity, etc. For questions about your booth needs, please contact dwa Trade Show & Exposition Services (www.dwatradeshow.com/) at (503) 228-6800.

 

Conference Registration information
**First time exhibitors will receive one (1) complimentary conference registration that allows full access to the technology showcase, all sessions, meals and evening events.  (Valid for one [1] company representative per complimentary registration.) Registrations will be accepted at NASTD Headquarters until August 6, 2010, 11:59 PM EDT.  After that time, on-site registration will be required.  Registrations are not accepted by phone.

 

**A first time exhibitor is defined as a company who has never exhibited at a NASTD tradeshow.

 

NASTD exhibitors interested in attending conference sessions may do so by specifically registering for the conference. The 2010 conference registration fee is $500 for individuals representing NASTD Corporate Affiliates, $750 for non-members and daily passes for $175.  For more information, contact Pam Johnson, NASTD Meetings & Member Services Manager, at (859) 244-8184 or e-mail to pjohnson@csg.org.

Each exhibitor is allowed four (4) Exhibit Only passes per booth.  These passes are for those company representatives that will staff the exhibit booth only and not attend any conference sessions.  These passes will allow entrance into the exhibit hall only.

 

Hotel reservations
Each person or company is responsible for his/her own arrangements with the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront (503) 226-7600.  Be sure to mention NASTD to get the special $122 rate.

 

Who will attend?
State directors, network managers, network administrators of central IT agencies in the state with responsibility for voice/video/data; billing managers, IT specialists, IT engineers; deputy CIOs from state government departments of information technology, information services, infrastructure services.
