APPLICATIONS & FEES
Sponsorships are based on the receipt of both a properly executed Application and full payment from a vendor requesting sponsorship.

Full payment must be received with your application prior to the meeting. Sponsors will not be recognized in print or electronic format until payment is received by NASTD headquarters.

Sponsors with an outstanding balance due at time of meeting will be prohibited from participation until proper remittance is made.

COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATIONS
Valid for one (1) company representative per complimentary registration

Complimentary registrations will be accepted at NASTD Headquarters until May 20, 2005, 11:59 PM EDT.  After May 20, registrations will only be accepted on-site.  Registrations are not accepted by phone.

DEADLINE

Payment must be received on or before May 26, 2005 for acknowledgment to be placed in the registration packets.
