Registrations are not accepted by phone.

Regular conference registration includes access to all conference sessions, technology showcase, scheduled meals, refreshment breaks and evening events.

Conference Registration Fees
Regular Conference Registration (Saturday - Wednesday)
 $500 per person (State, Associate or National Corporate
   Affiliate Member)
Pre-Paid State Member  - 2 per current dues paying states
 $750 per person (Non-member)

Day Pass
 $175 per day - Sunday, Monday or Tuesday
   (Evening events not included)

Technology Showcase Only Pass
Monday, August 25 & Tuesday, August 26
 $75 per day - Allows access to Exhibit Hall activities
   (This pass is for non-member vendors who are not registered
    for the conference and are not exhibiting).

Exhibit Staff Only Passes
Each exhibitor is allowed four (4) exhibit only passes for per booth.  These passes are for those company representatives that will staff the exhibit booth only and not attend any conference sessions.  Theses passes will allow entrance into the exhibit hall only.

Companion Registration Fees
 $250 per person
 $50 per person (Children ages 5 - 15)

Companion fees include access to scheduled meals, companion tours and evening events only. The fee does not include access to conference session.
