Program Sponsorship Lodge & Travel Registration Pre-registration for the Western Region Seminar is closed. Registrations will now be accepted on-site with payment made by check or credit card. Registrations are not accepted by phone.
REGISTRATION FEES Full registration for the NASTD Western Region Seminar includes all program sessions and food functions indicated in the program and evening social events. Registrations will be accepted at NASTD Headquarters until May 14 , 2008, 11:59 PM EDT. After May 14 registrations will only be accepted on-site with payment made by check or credit card. Registrations are not accepted by phone. Corporate Member Non-member Guest $250 $500 $125 Guest fee covers access to scheduled meals, companion tours (if offered) and evening events only. The fee does NOT include attendance at meeting sessions. The cut-off for listing on the preliminary attendance list is May 14, 2008 11:59 PM EDT. REFUNDS Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed on or before May 14, 2008, 11:59 PM EDT. No refunds are made after May 14, 2008, 11:59 PM EDT.
