NASTD Rate:
$92.00 plus applicable taxes, currently 7%.
A early departure fee of 50% of the guestroom rate applies if attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date. Attendees wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
Booking your Reservation

Reservations can also be made by calling the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Portland, ME at 207-756-6161 and reference NASTD.
The hotel requires that all reservations be guaranteed by credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa).
NASTD encourages you to make your reservations early, as the number of rooms available in the NASTD block is limited. If the block is filled prior to the cut-off date (4/27/12), rooms will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the Hotel's prevailing rates.

Payment
Full payment must be received with your registration form.
NASTD accepts American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Registrations
without full payment will not be processed.
The cut-off for listing on the preliminary attendance roster is April 30, 2012 11:59 PM EDT.
Registrations
will be accepted at NASTD Headquarters until April 30, 2012, 11:59 PM
EDT. After April 30, 2012 registrations will only be accepted on-site
with payment made by check or credit card. Registrations are not
accepted by phone.
REGISTRATION FEES
Standard seminar registration includes access to all
sessions, scheduled meals, refreshment breaks and evening events.
Member Corporate Registration
$500 per person (Early Bird until April 30, 2012)
$600 per person (May 1 - Onsite)
Non-member Corporate Registration
$625 per person (Early Bird until April 30, 2012)
$750 per person (May 1 - Onsite)
Guest
$125 per person
Guest fee does not include access to seminar sessions. Includes access to all scheduled meals and evening events only.
Registration Fee Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation
of registration must be submitted via e-mail and must be dated on or
before 11:59 p.m. EDT on April 30, 2012 to receive a refund less a $75
registration cancellation processing fee. After April 30, 2012 no
refunds will be granted. No refund will be granted for no-shows.
Substitutions will be accepted.
