Booking your Reservation
Reservations can be made by calling the Radisson Hotel Bismarck at 701-255-6000 and reference NASTD.
The hotel requires that all reservations be guaranteed by credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa).
NASTD encourages you to make your reservations early, as the number of rooms available in the NASTD block is limited. If the block is filled prior to the cut-off date (5/11/12), rooms will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the Hotel's prevailing rates.

Full payment must be received with your registration form.
NASTD accepts American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Registrations
without full payment will not be processed.
The cut-off for listing on the preliminary attendance roster is May 17, 2012 11:59 PM EDT.
REGISTRATION FEES
Standard seminar registration includes access to all
sessions, scheduled meals, refreshment breaks and evening events.
Member Corporate Registration
$500 per person (Early Bird until May 17, 2012)
$600 per person (May 18 - Onsite)
Non-member Corporate Registration
$625 per person (Early Bird until May 17, 2012)
$750 per person (May 18 - Onsite)
Guest
$125 per person
Guest fee does not include access to seminar sessions. Includes access to all scheduled meals and evening events only.
Registration Fee Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of registration must be submitted via e-mail
and must be dated on or before 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 10, 2012 to receive
a refund less a $75 registration cancellation processing fee. After
May 10, 2012 no refunds will be granted. No refund will be granted for
no-shows. Substitutions will be accepted.
