Payment
Full payment must be received with your registration form. NASTD accepts American Express, MasterCard or VISA. Registrations without full payment will not be processed.
REGISTRATION FEES
Standard seminar registration includes access to all sessions, scheduled meals, refreshment breaks and evening events.
Member - $250 per person (State, Associate or National Corporate Affiliate)
Non-member - $500 per person
Companion - $125 per person
Companion fee does not include access to seminar sessions. Includes access to all scheduled meals and evening events only.

Purchase orders may be used by State Members only.
Please fax a copy of the original purchase order to 859-244-8001 to complete your registration.
Registrations will be accepted at NASTD Headquarters until February 12, 2011, 11:59 PM EST. After February 12, 2011 registrations will only be accepted on-site with payment made by check or credit card. Registrations are not accepted by phone.
REFUNDS
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed on or before February 12, 2011, 11:59 PM EST. No refunds are made after February 12, 2011, 11:59 PM EST. Refunds are not given for no-shows.

NASTD Rates:
State Government Attendee
$110.00, single/double plus applicable taxes (currently 15.25%) plus a $2.50 Tourism Assessment fee
State members will be required to show a government ID at check-in to receive the government rate of $110.00.
Corporate Attendee
$129.00, single/double plus applicable taxes (currently 15.25%) plus a $2.50 Tourism Assessment fee
Be sure to reference NASTD when you make your reservation to receive either the state government rate (government ID required) or the corporate rate. The hotel requires that all reservations be guaranteed by credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, Visa).
NASTD encourages you to make your reservations early as the number of rooms available in the NASTD block is limited. If the block is filled prior to the cut-off date (2/4/11), rooms will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.
