Payment
Full payment must be received with your registration form. NASTD accepts American Express, MasterCard or VISA. Registrations without full payment will not be processed.

A purchase order may be used by STATE MEMBERS only. Please fax a copy of the original purchase order to 859-244-8001 to complete your registration.
REGISTRATION FEES
Full registration for the NASTD Western Region Seminar includes all program sessions and food functions indicated in the program and evening social events.
Registrations will be accepted at NASTD Headquarters until May 28, 2010, 11:59 PM EDT. After May 28, 2010 registrations will only be accepted on-site with payment made by check or credit card. Registrations are not accepted by phone.

Guest fees cover access to scheduled meals and evening events only. The fee does NOT include attendance at meeting sessions.
The cut-off for listing on the preliminary attendance roster is May 28, 2010 11:59 PM EDT.
REFUNDS
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked, faxed or e-mailed on or before May 28, 2010, 11:59 PM EDT. No refunds are made after May 28, 2010, 11:59 PM EDT. Refunds are not given for no-shows.

Airport
Rapid City Regional Airport
For those flying into the Western Regional Meeting, Deadwood is located approximately 40 miles from Rapid City. The host state would like to coordinate a couple of shuttles to deliver any attendees arriving on Saturday or Sunday and returning on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning.
If interested in this service, please send a note to Jeff.Slocum@state.sd.us. indicating your arrival date & time, departure date & time along with number of passengers. We will try to accommodate as many as possible!
The Western Region is also making plans for some spousal & family events on Monday & possibly Tuesday during the meetings of the conference. The specifics are not yet set but we will have some events for others that may travel with you. There are a lot of activities in the Black Hills & we will certainly be able to find a few good things to make the stay of your spouses and families even more enjoyable!
