Bernie O'Donnell has an extensive background in many aspects of IT and telecommunications from his experience with the US Air Force, state government, and private sector businesses. His expertise includes tactical and strategic perspectives through his IT/telecom work serving in positions employing hands-on technical skills as well as performing technology assessments, managerial roles, project management, strategy guidance, procurement functions and systems/network implementation and optimization. He is a past president and life member of the National Association of State Technology Directors. He holds an FCC radiotelephone technician certificate and FAA commercial and remote pilot certificates.
