The National Association of State Technology Directors (NASTD) is committed to providing safe meeting environments and to ensuring the health and safety of all participants in its events.
NASTD will require proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination for all participants attending a NASTD Regional Seminar. All onsite attendees are required to upload proof of vaccination in advance before being allowed into the seminar.
Vaccination credentialing will be managed by ID.me both leading up to and during the seminar. All registered attendees will receive a link from NASTD three weeks before the start of the seminar that will allow you to submit your vaccination card to the secure vaccination verification portal before the event. You must show the vaccination verification upon your arrival at the registration desk before receiving your badge. Attendees will also be required to wear a mask while attending all programs and social events.
These protocols may be revised from time to time to reflect changing pandemic-related circumstances and the latest guidance from appropriate public health officials and the CDC. Please return to this website periodically for any updates or changes to these protocols.
