REGISTRATION DEADLINE
To allow adequate time for procurement processes, prospective members must join by January 21, 2026 to attend the seminar.
The event registration cut-off is February 13, 2026, 6pm ET.
Advanced registration is required. NASTD does not accept onsite registrations.
It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they receive their registration confirmation to verify that their registration is finalized. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact pjohnson@csg.org.
We do not accept late or onsite registrations, so please ensure your registration is complete by the deadline.
Please note that some evening events like the Diamond Sponsor Reception and NASTD Exclusive Dinner are by invitation only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of registration must be submitted via e-mail and must be dated on or before February 13, 2026 to receive a refund less a $150 registration cancellation processing fee. After February 13, 2026 any payments made are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use event registration due to illness or due to any event beyond the reasonable control of NASTD, such as an act of God, natural disaster, or travel-related complications.
SUBSTITUTION AND BADGE POLICY
Name changes and substitutions are not permitted onsite. Name changes and substitutions must be submitted to NASTD by February 23, 2026, 6:00pm Eastern.
Corporate members are not permitted to register non-member attendees for the conference. The registrant’s email must match the member company’s email domain. Email domains that do not match will be voided/refunded.
Sharing of Attendee badges is not permitted at any time. Badges can be picked up and used only by the Attendee named in the registration. Badges must be worn at all times during the event.
