REGISTRATION FEES
Each state receives three (3) complimentary registrations.
All additional registrants must pay a registration fee of $250 per person. Contact Pam Johnson at pjohnson@csg.org for additional information.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The event registration cut-off is February 13, 2026, 6pm ET. Advanced registration is required. Onsite registration will not be available.
REGISTRATION POLICY
It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they receive their registration confirmation to verify that their registration is finalized. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact pjohnson@csg.org.
The attendee list is periodically published on the NASTD website behind login. If you are uncertain whether your registration is complete, please check this list on the website by the registration deadline. We do not accept late or onsite registrations, so please ensure your registration is complete by the deadline.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of registration must be submitted on or before February 13, 2026.
SUBSTITUTION AND BADGE POLICY
Onsite name changes and substitutions are not permitted. Name changes and substitutions must be submitted to NASTD by February 23, 2026, 6:00pm Eastern.
Badges must be picked up and used only by the attendee named in the registration. Sharing of attendee badges is not permitted at any time. For security, badges must be worn at all times during the event.
State registration includes:
Welcome Reception - Monday Evening, March 2
Attendance to all sessions - Tuesday, March 3 - Thursday, March 5
Meals and networking breaks
Breakfast - Tuesday, March 3 - Thursday, March 5
Lunch - Tuesday, March 3 - Thursday, March 5
Networking Breaks - Tuesday, March 3 - Thursday, March 5
NASTD Exclusive Dinner - Wednesday, March 4 ((for state members, invited sponsors and NASTD esteemed guests)
