2017 Corporate Affiliate Committee
Organized in 1996, the NASTD Corporate Affiliate Committee (CAC) is a formally recognized advisory body with an influential voice in the activities of the association. The goal of the CAC is to serve as a forum for Corporate Affiliate Members to voice opinions and suggestions as to how to best serve NASTD in their purpose and use the interaction to build strong relationships between corporations and state government. The CAC serves as the liaison between the Corporate Affiliate Members, the NASTD Executive Board, the NASTD state members at large, and the NASTD professional staff in expressing and presenting Corporate Affiliate opinions and positions.

CAC Chair - Allan Wong
Director, U.S. SLED, Specialty Business Units - EMC
Allan Wong is currently the director for the State and Local government / Education (SLED) division at EMC. He has been in the technology industry for more than 18 years working for Fortune 100 companies with a focus on SLED market. He is a trusted advisor to many government officials and partners throughout the country to bring fresh ideas which will add value and efficiency to government programs. Allan actively participates in many regional/national associations that focus on the public sector.
Vice President, Field Marketing - CenturyLink
Todd Davis leads government marketing at CenturyLink. With 19 years of telecommunications and IT industry experience, Todd has held roles including leading an 8-state sales region, serving as a general manager, and leading product development/management teams that launched new services such Gigabit Ethernet. Among other community service projects, Todd serves on the board of the North Carolina Business Committee for Education. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard and an MBA from Duke. He is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
